Retroperitoneal left pelvic migrated Kirschner pin 10 years after thoracic osteosynthesis

Abstract
This video shows the case of a patient with a past medical history of a significant kyphoscoliosis, that was treated in 1999 with a surgical fixation. Nine years later, during a control exam a Kirschner pin was found in the retroperitoneum. A detailed description is made of the dissection and extraction of the foreign body localized retroperitoneally.
